If your team is not accepted, you will receive a full refund. Teams will be notified no later than 3 weeks before tournament dates if accepted to participate. NOTE: If the tournament is canceled for any reason, a full refund will be given to registered teams. A full refund will not be given to any team that cancels less than 4 weeks from the date of their tournament.
