June 22nd - June 26th
Summer Dryland Clinic, coached by Coach Kyle, Monday, June 22 - Friday June 26, 9:30am-4pm. Lunch will be included! Meet at the front door of the Ice Box.
August 17th - August 21st
Summer Dryland Clinic, coached by Coach Kyle, Monday, August 17 - Friday, August 21, 9:30am-4pm. Lunch will be included! Meet at the front door of the Ice Box.
Game Plan for each day:
9:30am-10am: Competition games and warm up
10am-12pm: Combination of training (footwork, agility, endurance, strength, speed, balance and more)
12-12:15pm: light cool down and stretch
12:15-1pm: Lunch (provided)
1-1:30pm: Stick and Puck warm up
1:30-3:30pm: Floor/ Roller Hockey or other competition games
3:30-4pm: Cool down and Stretch
We are looking forward to a whole lot of fun and skill and conditioning improvement, oh, and some floor hockey!
