The Fraser Valley Hockey Association Youth Hockey Director is responsible for overseeing both the administrative operations and athletic development of the organization’s youth hockey programs. This role works closely with the Board of Directors, coaches, families, and community members to ensure smooth program operations, support player and coach development, maintain league compliance, and promote growth within the association. The position also serves as a key leader in community engagement, tournament coordination, and strategic planning, helping create a positive, athlete-centered environment that fosters sportsmanship, development, and long-term participation in youth hockey.
